The Sweet Spot: Where Reggie & Co. Shines
By Kristen Regenold

One of the most surprising parts of starting Reggie & Co. has been seeing, in real time, the kind of work that brings out our best thinking. Since launching, people have asked me a version of the same question: So, what exactly do you all do?
I had a vision for the agency when we opened our doors, but watching our team step into project after project has shown me what we’re truly built for. It turns out we shine most when the work is complex, fast-moving or high stakes, and a client needs someone who can step in, understand the heart of the problem and help figure out the path forward. As we head into a season that naturally makes you pause and take stock, I’ve been thinking about the projects that energize us most and the clients who make this work feel meaningful.
1. Internal Communications
Some of the most meaningful work never leaves the walls of an organization. Internal communications help teams feel connected, informed and supported, and that’s something we take seriously. Whether it’s prepping leadership messages, scripting a town hall, or turning complex information into clear, visually compelling presentations, we love the chance to bring clarity and humanity to the inside of a company. We’re grateful for the leaders who let us help shape conversations that impact real people every day.
2. Big Picture Projects
Some projects show up neatly packaged. Others show up as a tangle of ideas that need direction. We love both, but the big-picture ones really light us up. Naming, strategy, messaging, rollout planning, campaign architecture, detailed presentations. These are the assignments that let us help a client move from “we know this matters, but we’re not sure what it is yet” to something clear, strong and actionable. We’re grateful for the partners who trust us with their biggest and sometimes messiest challenges.
3. Video Production
Video lets people feel a story in a way that few other mediums can. Whether it’s a talking head interview, an animated explainer or a short social piece, video pulls together writing, visuals and emotion in a way that connects quickly. Our team loves every stage of the process, from building the concept to the final edit. We’re grateful for clients who let us bring their stories to life on screen.
4. Digital Media
Digital work changes constantly, but that’s part of why we enjoy it. Building strategies, reviewing performance, adjusting creative, getting the right message to the right audience at the right moment. It’s all a blend of intuition, testing and timing. Helping a brand stand out online feels incredibly rewarding, and we’re grateful for the partners who trust us to help their message cut through the noise.
5. Meetings and Events
There’s something special about meetings and events. They have a pulse to them. The stories, the pacing, the visuals, the little decisions that add up to a moment that feels intentional and memorable. Our team loves getting into that world. Writing keynotes, shaping graphics, building run of show documents, supporting on site. It’s the kind of work that’s equal parts creative and logistical, and that mix really plays to our strengths. We’re grateful for every client who trusts us with moments that matter.
So, if you’ve ever wondered what we do at Reggie & Co., the answer is pretty simple. We help people make sense of the work that matters most to them and bring it to life in a way that feels clear, thoughtful and true.
As we close out the year, gratitude sits firmly at the center of our work—in the clients who trust us, the teams who let us be thought partners, and the projects that stretch us in the best ways. At the end of the day, the work we do reflects the reason we built this agency in the first place. It’s about clarity, collaboration and showing up for people in ways that make their work and their world feel a little easier. We’re proud of what we’ve created so far, and we’re excited for everything still ahead.
But, most of all, we’re thankful.
